Rogier Fischer is the co-founder and chief executive of Hadrian, an offensive security company in Amsterdam, Netherlands, that builds AI agents to probe companies' internet-facing systems. He started as a teenage white-hat hacker, co-founded the cryptocurrency exchange LiteBit, and founded Hadrian in 2021 with Olivier Beg and Maurice Clin.
A Hacking Forum in the Netherlands, 2009
Fischer met Olivier Beg on an online forum in 2009, when both were 13. Hadrian's company page says that within a few years they were working as white-hat hackers for Dutch banks and global tech companies, and that they watched attackers start using automation and AI while red teams still worked by hand.
Forgepoint Capital, which co-led Hadrian's 2026 funding round, describes the pair as burgeoning white-hat hackers who spent years ethically breaching Dutch financial institutions and some of the largest technology companies in the world.
From LiteBit to Hadrian in Amsterdam
Before Hadrian, Fischer co-founded and exited LiteBit, a regulated cryptocurrency exchange that Forgepoint calls one of Europe's first. In 2021 he and Beg founded Hadrian with Maurice Clin, a B2B software investor and operator, to give companies the ethical hacker's skill set at scale with AI.
Hadrian's company page puts the aim plainly: We build AI agents that hack the way Rogier and Olivier did, at a scale no human team can match.
Under the three founders the company grew to more than 80 people across its Amsterdam headquarters and offices in the US and UK.
Automating the Right Parts of Offensive Security
When Hadrian announced a $40 million Series B in October 2026, Fischer argued that most of the industry was pointing AI at the wrong problems. Everyone can see that AI is changing the threat landscape. It might also hold the answer, but most people are focused on automating the wrong bits.
He said the team had worked with large language models before they went mainstream: we know that AI can work much faster than any human offensive security team.
The result, in his words, is a platform that emulates hackers' attack paths so customers can understand their key risks and prioritize their security resources.
